These terms govern your use of East Coast Designers LLC services and website.
Our services
We build custom websites and AI automation systems for small business owners. Services and pricing are described on ecdautomation.com.
Payment
All payments are processed through Stripe. Project fees require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due on delivery. Care Package subscriptions are billed monthly.
Intellectual property
Upon final payment, you receive full ownership of the custom website and code we build for you. We retain rights to our underlying methods, processes, and any reusable components.
Refunds

Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut, USA.
