About the service

We replace the tools you're already paying for. Most clients come to us spending $200–$800 a month on GoHighLevel, Wix, HoneyBook, or ClickFunnels — paying every month for software they don't own and can't customize. We rebuild that entire stack as a single custom app you own outright. Includes website, CRM, AI chatbot, calendar booking, email automation, and payments depending on your package. Every line of code is yours.
When the project is done, we hand you the complete source code, all the logins, your domain, your AI chatbot's configuration, and any API keys connected to your system. You can host it anywhere, edit it yourself, hire any other developer to update it, or move it to a different platform at any time. We can't take any of it back, even if you stopped working with us tomorrow.
We work with established small business owners across most service industries — restaurants, salons, dental practices, real estate agents, contractors, professional services, retail, and others. We don't work with hobby businesses, multi-level marketing companies, adult content, gambling, cryptocurrency speculation, or anything illegal.
Sometimes. If you have an existing site we can rebuild it on our platform. We don't take over WordPress sites or migrate from platforms like Wix or Squarespace — instead we build you a new custom site you own outright and help you transition.

Three packages: $5,000 for a custom website, $7,500 for website plus CRM, and $10,000 for the all-in-one system with AI chatbot, calendar, email and SMS automation, and payments. One-time fee. Half down, half on delivery.
Because you own what we build. Monthly fees imply you're renting our work. We don't believe in that. You pay once, you own the system, and you only pay $5 a month for hosting after that. If you want ongoing support we offer Care Packages, but those are optional.
Yes. Standard terms are half down to start, half on delivery. If you need more flexibility, we can break it into three monthly payments. We don't offer financing through third parties.
No. Your one-time fee covers everything we build. The only ongoing cost is $5 per month for hosting (paid directly to the hosting provider, not to us) and your domain registration ($10-20 per year, also paid directly). If you choose a Care Package, that's a separate monthly subscription you can cancel any time.
Yes. All packages are half down, half on delivery. Payment plans are available — ask on your consultation call.

How it works

14 days from the day we receive your deposit. You see progress updates every 3 days, so you're never wondering what's happening. Larger or more complex projects may take a few additional days — we'll be upfront about that during our consultation.
Four steps. First, you book a 30-minute consultation so we can understand what you need. Second, you pay a 50% deposit to lock in your spot. Third, we build your system over 14 days with regular check-ins. Fourth, we hand you the code, logins, and keys — you're live and you own everything.
No. We hand you a system that works out of the box. If you want to make changes yourself we'll show you how to do the simple stuff (updating content, viewing leads, exporting data). For deeper changes you can either learn over time, hire any developer, or sign up for a Care Package and let us handle it.
We share progress every 3 days specifically so you can give feedback before too much work is done. Two rounds of revisions are included in every package. If you need more rounds we can usually accommodate it without extra charge if the changes are reasonable.

After launch

You own it. You can run it yourself, hire any developer to maintain it, or sign up for one of our Care Packages for ongoing support. Most clients choose a Care Package because they want a long-term partner, not a one-time vendor.
Three tiers. Essential Care ($300 per month) handles hosting, security updates, and minor copy edits. Active Care ($500 per month) adds up to 2 hours of changes per month plus priority support. Full Care ($750 per month) adds up to 5 hours of changes per month, monthly analytics reports, and quarterly strategy calls.
Any time, with 30 days notice. Your website keeps working even if you cancel — we just stop being responsible for it. You can re-subscribe later if your needs change.
If it's something we caused (a bug in our code), we fix it for free for 30 days after launch. If it's something else (a third-party service going down, your domain expiring, you changing something and breaking it), we can fix it for an hourly rate or it's covered under your Care Package.

The practical stuff

We're US-based and work primarily with US small businesses. We can build for international clients but communication happens during US business hours (Eastern Time), and payment is processed in USD.
Stripe processes all payments. You'll receive a secure payment link after your consultation. Major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers are all accepted.
If you're an established business with paying customers and revenue, you're our target client. We don't have a minimum revenue requirement, but we don't work with hobby projects or side businesses without traction. If you're not sure, book a consultation and we'll be honest about whether we're a fit.
Because I'm the one building it. You'll have my cell phone number. Big agencies hand you to an account manager who pings developers in another time zone. I take on a handful of clients at a time, on purpose. When something breaks at 9 PM, you text me — not a ticket queue. Plus: 14 days to launch (not 3–6 months), you own the code, and no per-seat fees ever.

11 — Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund policy.

We want every client to be happy with what we build. Our refund policy is straightforward.

01 — Before project starts

If you've paid your deposit but we haven't started building, you can request a full refund within 7 days. After 7 days, your deposit is non-refundable because we've blocked a build slot for you.

02 — During the build

If you cancel mid-project, you receive a partial refund based on what work hasn't been started. Specific amounts are detailed in your project agreement.

03 — After launch

Once the project is delivered and you've received the code, the project fee is non-refundable. Care Package subscriptions can be cancelled any time with 30 days notice.

04 — Disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first. We respond within 24 hours and work hard to make it right. We've never had a chargeback and we'd like to keep it that way.
